Let me be very clear - this place is great. It's no hassle, no fuss. You come here to make sure your nails are done and the girls are always nice. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes, the girls are polite and accommodating. Clara is the best - she notices the small things and is very detail oriented. I always feel comfortable here.
For some of these other reviews, I don't know what people were expecting. This isn't some spa and you're not going to be treated like a queen. If you're going to be a snob, then go somewhere that'll up-charge you for that experience.

Horrible!!! DO NOT GO ... I was late 5 or 6 minutes for my appointment because of finding parking and once i came in the store the owner flipped at me and said in a very nasty way you are late we only going to take one person ( because i have a reservation for 2) she said it out loud in front of everybody in the nail salon and then she started talking with her friends who work there in koran about me and laugh !!!!! I was very upset... what a bad team work ... and at the end when she saw some of her clients did not show up she said okay we have time to do you nails now! I said no i don't want to get them done anymore !!! they are horrible... very bad experience i had . Just do not go and waste you money !

If I could put no stars at all I would. I when in the door and checked they had no signs about “not dogs allowed”. The owner was not there, she was on the back. I asked if they accepted walk-ins and I said I wanted a manicure. They said no problem, I sit with an available person and she starts working on my nails, after a few minutes a woman that had an appointment with the person that was assigned to me walks in and she says: “I’m sorry that’s my customer I can’t work on your nails” and leave. I put my puppy down and while I’m walking outside the owners in bad time says that I should pick up my puppy from the floor cus she is not allowed. I told her they should have said that since the beginning and should have a “no dog allowed” sign on the door if that’s the policy. I tell her I can wait and offer to pay for the supply that where used in the 5 minutes that the woman was working on my nails. She was rude and that is not the way to treat costumers. If you have a policy you should hang a sign on the door and tell the people since the moment they walk into the shop. Would never go to that place again and don’t recommend it.

No waiting time. The staff was nice. My polish has lasted over a week. The salon is very clean and sanitary.
