This company stole my money. I ordered gel polish for $50. It was supposed to be delivered from USPS but never was. They refused to send me a refund or replace my items. All they did was blame the post office. They never shipped my item in the first place. They said because I didn't insurance my package they couldn't do any thing. There was never an option to do that. This website is a scam and this company is wrong for what they are doing to its customers. They have no phone number only email. The minute I told them i told them i would report them to my bank they stopped Replying . That how I really knew this website was a scam.

So far Im loving The Nail Hub! I was in the process of placing an order on their site today and then started doing something else. Their Facebook page notified me of my pending order and provided me with a Coupon Code! I ended up placing my order earlier this afternoon and my package has already shipped! Can't wait to get all my light elegance products.

I have had a GREAT experience with the Nail Hub! Fast shipping, they notify me when it was shipped with the tracking number. The website is full of great info and product and I LOVE the podcasts!! The diamond cuticle drill bits are AMAZING! I've got clients with crazy cuticles and now they leave with their cuticles and nails looking amazing and less lifting due to no more crazy cuticles. LOVE THE NAIL HUB!!!

Let's clear this out.
On Monday I've send you an email emphasizing on the importance of receiving the items on Tuesday. I've asked you if that is possible. Instead of emailing or calling me with a solution you shipped them with regular mail, knowing i will not receive them on time!!! The next day I left you a negative review, and only then you have responded to my email and you even called me on my phone!!! Not to apologize, but to try to harass me for leaving you a negative review! Your customer service skills are 0, not 1 star.

Poor/slow customer service, slow shipping. I would not purchase from them again.
