I really used to love this place. It's never a good sign when one of the manicurists is sleeping, and your manicurist will not stay off her cell, while doing your nails. I respect everyone's need for technology, but don't come at me with a power tool, while holding a phone against your ear. I may be paranoid, but I always feel like they are making fun of customers, in a language we don't understand. I'm not saying it is a requirement that people understand everything they say, but they should respect how it comes across to those that are in front of them. Again, on that one, maybe I am just paranoid, and I am NOT saying they should not speak their language.

They suck at eyebrow waxing made one of my eyebrows super thin with a different shape didn't even get all the hair I still had to go home and still plug the remaining hair they're over price and terrible at their jobs ( also suck for nails!!!! They make them thick and bumpy) the girl with the cakey makeup is the worst one there!

Two co workers and I have come here three times for pedicures to give it the benefit of the doubt. It is also close to our work so it is convenient. They have not done a good job all three times. Once they didn't paint the edges of any of my nails. This time I didn't even get a chance to get a pedicure. We told them three, they said to all come back and didn't put water in mine or say anything about it. I don't mind waiting but 40 minutes later, I just put my shoes back on and went to sit with them to dry their nails. They never said anything about me sitting in an empty pedi chair beside my friends. One of the girls paid extra for the caucus scrub and they didn't do it. She had to ask and they half asses it at the end.
The second time I was in, they had an inspector in and we're all running around throwing stuff away behind her back. Maybe that normal but it seemed pretty shady.

I had my nails done at Ha. V. Nails today. The services I requested were a basic manicure and color change on my toes. When it was time to pay they told me it was $27, which I thought was high for the services I got. Then she told me it would be five more because I only got my tips painted bringing it up to $32. I questioned her about it and looked around for a price list which is not posted, I had to request one. According to their price list the services I received were $12 for a basic manicure and $8 for a color change. It should have been a total of $20. She then gave me some song and dance about having to charge me for paint removal because I didn't get them painted there previously??!! I highly suggest that you request a price list prior to services wherever you go, but especially at this place because they will overcharge you with no logical explanation and no service on the price list to justify charges. They were also very rude to another customer and made fun of the woman's voice in there Asian language.

Whatever you do don't get a Lady named LISA. When I arrived till the time I left she said absolutely nothing to me. She hurt me a few times as I said ouch and she didn't even look up or acknowledge that she was hurting me. She rushed through my pedicure DIDNT EVEN PAINT CORNERS OF NAILS than at end I asked to put my own flip flops on instead of the flimsy sandles they provide and she told me NO 3 times. I finally said something to the lady next to her and she said it's ok let her do it. Than before she started painting she didn't put toe separators on and asked again a few times and she just ignored me! Which caused my toes to touch and smudge my polish. I never write reviews and I felt I had too for this terrible experience.
THE MOST RUDE SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD NOT TO MENTION I GO EVERY MONTH FOR A PEDICURE!!!
There is a lady named Van there that is very pleasant and does a wonderful pedicure that's who I recommend 100%!
I will never go there again unless Van is available.
