This place is amazing!!! Jennifer does amazing work and is a miracle worker. I will never go anywhere else. If you're looking to get rid of stretch marks this is the place to go!! After countless hours of searching on the internet on how to remove and so many creams not working.. Jennifer found a way to do what I thought was not possible even in just one session I have seen results.

I was happy to learn that Ageless Spa does eyelash lifts! Yay! no more eyelash curler! I spoke with Jennifer on the phone and she told me the price was $50.00 for the lift and $25.00 to have them tinted. So I made my appointment and had my eyelashes permed and tinted by Jennifer. I was charged $60.00 for the perming and $25.00 for the tint, which was a complete waist of money they didn't look any darker. I didn't say anything about the increase in price I just paid it. Well my lashes weren't as curly as I had hoped they would be so I called her the next day and asked her how long I had to wait to get them re-permed and she said I didn't have to wait so I went in and had them done again the following day. In her defense she offered to re-do them at a discount but I told her I was willing to pay full price again because this was my preference to have them curlier. She had never done my lashes before and I don't expect perfection the first time I go to someone for a service. So I'm out another $60.00, but my lashes are a complete disaster! When I got home and looked in my magnifying mirror I was horrified! They were all uneven and some were curled back so far they were laying on my eyelid! My bottom lashes were not protected during the perming process and they were a crazy curly mess. I ended up having to cut a lot of them as well as my upper lashes because they were going in all directions. When I called Jennifer and explained to her about my lashes I couldn't believe her attitude towards me. I could of been nasty about it and demanded my money back. I was very upset I had to walk around looking like that. She was very rude and told me it was "impossible" for my bottom lashes to be curly. What I'm making this up? Then she said "this just isn't going to work out". Seriously? She acted all aggravated like I was this obnoxious client who she had done a favor for and I was complaining. I was a paying customer! She advised me she didn't feel comfortable perming them again and trust me I didn't want her to either. She said to use coconut oil on them and give them time to relax. I wasn't going to write this review, in fact, I never write reviews, but when I saw the reaction of the esthetician who fixed my lashes today (and did a wonderful job) I felt like I should share my experience. I'm out $145.00, plus a tip, but the worst part was how poorly I was treated by her and she's the owner! It was hurtful and insulting. I would NOT recommend this spa!

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived I was told Krys would be right with me. I waited for 45 minutes and then asked the receptionist if it would be much longer, she indicated it would be another 35 minutes or so. I was outraged that there was no consideration for my time and that they just expected me to sit and wait for 90 minutes! Very disrespectful and horrible customer service. I will not be back - as no one contacted me to even apologize. ...Bad business.

I had cold water for my pedicure. My nail polish lasted only for 2 days. I paid $105 for my daughter and I to have mani/pedi.
