This place was horrible. The only good thing I can write about was the lack of waiting, but with my experience I can understand the lack of customers. I am from out of town and decided to pop in for a manicure w/ gel polish and just a change of color for my toes. I asked the lady who was about to polish my toes if the chosen color also came in gel, so my nails and toes could be the same color..she states yes. She polishes my toes and then transfer me to a table for the manicure. When she's done and starts to polish my nails I ask about the gel color (she had pulled out no equipment) and she goes and gets a completely different color. I tell her what was said before polishing my toes and she gets someone to help. The color is still not found, but something close enough is found. There is hardly any polish in this bottle and when she was finished there were bubbles on the tips of my nails. Keep in mind this was for my brother's wedding. I refuse to ever go back and I hope others go elsewhere, also.
*While there I heard other customers having to repeat themselves about what they wanted on different occasions. Some received attitudes, others were accommodated, but few were happy.
**In response to the response...I was at this store on Friday, between 1-2:30. Another employee had to help my technician find a similar color for my nails, since she convinced me you had it in the beginning and then tried to use a totally different color when it was time to use it. The employees were not attentive to the customers.

I never write reviews but this one is well needed. This was my first time receiving service at this nail salon and oh what a mistake. I received a full gel set and Pedi. I had to instruct him on several dislikes of my nails. It was late so I didn't continue. The next day I woke up to see my nails have turned colors, from white to light pink. I returned to the shop and asked to speak to the owner, which I was speaking to the same guy that did my nails and he directed me to a female there. She stated that it was my hair that caused the color change ( I hope this has absolutely nothing to do with me being black). I informed her that I have had my nails done prior and have never experienced this before. She begin to speak loud to me in front of other customers which was very unprofessional so I asked her when would the owner be available she directed me BACK to the gentlemen who directed me to her... in spite of how ridiculous this begin to become I spoke to him and he proceed to call me a liar about the situation. I explained to him that I paid $77.00 for my nails and toes for which he explained to me that he placed gel powder and gel polish on my nails and gave me a discount of $5.00 (thanks for nothing) which I never asked for because that made absolutely no sense. To sum this up the woman and the man told me to come back because they were busy, as if my money meant nothing that I spent there and they would "fix" my nails. I explained to her that my toe polish needed to be changed as well. Why would I walk around with one color on my toes and my hands a different color? It wasn't may fault that the gel polished changed. Needless to say she stated they would not repaint my toes and I would have to pay for it.
If you are looking for place for good service and hospitality THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU'RE LOOKING FOR!!!

Love this place and it's the only place my husband will go to for his in grown nails. Very clean and very attentive. If you have to wait a minute it's because they very through with each client and don't rush just to make another dollar. I'll wait my turn!!! I have never heard nor seen them being rude to anyone but not I've seen some crazy people being rude to them and even then they were kind and tried to appease some people who have way bigger issues than a nail . I love this place!

I'm in Montgomery often for work and have 3 different nail places trying to find a good, clean and pleasant. I went in Tuesday afternoon . I didn't wait long and I could have been happier with the service. The lady was nice. She talked to me the whole time like we were friends. Not like at others where they talk only to other employees. I highly recommend using them. I was very impressed with all the high end polish and equipment. Great prices too.

Heard about SIS nails finally got it done. Went elsewhere for pedicure (gifted ) wish I had waited. Very sloppy
