Best gel/shellac nails! Lasts for 3 weeks. My sister has been coming for a year and I decided to try them. I was impress with the service and great staff. I am definitely coming back!

Love this place. Clean, nice staff, good job on fingers and toes.

Pretty nails has the most friendly staff. They are through yet quick, often using two people per interaction - one manicurist and one pedicurist. The polish job always stays on my nails for at least 7 to 8 days! 2 thumbs up always!

Pretty Nails should be called Dirty Nails. If you like being surrounded by dirt and mold, you can go here. I came to get a manicure and the manicurist proceeded to use the same dirty towel with black smears and brown spots that were already on the table. GROSS! I had to ask the manicurist "Can I please have a new fresh towel?" He then got up and got a new towel. Why should I telling someone how to do their job. STRIKE ONE. Their table and items have dust sitting and looks ancient like it has not been cleaned for decades. Their floors are stained and it is definite that a broom or mop has never met their floor in years! I am not using my hard earned cash to be surrounded by filth. You can seriously get sick here. Simply Disgusting and gross. And they lack customer service. They dont even greet you when you arrive. They just stare at you with their money hungry eyes. Pretty Nails please get you dirty sloppy act together!

I almost didn't go there because of the score below 4, but I sure was glad I did. The 4-star place I was going to was raucous, fast, filled with people, but they couldn't honor the appointments I made with them. Seldom did they start at the time I had planned. Tonight they outright cancelled me after my waiting two days after making the appointment. Pretty Nails took me in quickly. They're not frazzled, crazy busy. Sure it isn't a pretty a place, but I got a great manicure, and best of all, Johnny, my manicurist spoke perfect English. You don't get that in other nail salons. I'll be going back to Pretty Nails next week and beyond.
