I've been getting my nails done since the age 14. That was 14 years ago. So I KNOW when I have a good nail technician and when I don't. Honestly I only do reviews of places are super super good or crazy bad.. this place, is trash! There's literally only ONE kind of pedicure you can get. ONE. It consist of water with NO KIND OF BATH SALTS..in a plastic bag inside of the tub..no hot stones, maybe a one minute massage with some regular cheap lotion, they cut toe nails and cuticles but that's it. Oh and after the cheap lotion they wipe it off with some hot towels.. that's it. I don't know if my expectations are too high or what, but I work damn hard and I enjoy a pedi and mani every three weeks or so. I'm new to the Bay Area and I've been dying to get in a get a good pedicure. This was a joke..
The man who did my nails, he talked with another co worker who stood over him the ENTIRE TIME that he did my nails.. the shared you tube videos in their language and laughed and talked from the moment I sat down until I left. So annoying. He was rough. It's been about 6 hours since I got my nails done and they hurt so bad. I asked for a simple "V" shaped French tip and he says "ohh I can't do that" this is the most simple thing I've even attempted on my nails in years (usually I have designs, different colors, stones glitter etc) so to be told he couldn't do a simple V shaped WHITE French tip, annoyed the hell out of me.
I don't know. Maybe I'm just spoiled to my old place. I moved here from Stockton. Ana in Stockton I went to the same place for so many years..my pedicure was so enjoyable, so relaxing and refreshing with at least 5 different kinds to choose from. This place, is the most basic you can possibly get. The nail techs didn't talk to me, didn't have many options to what they could do, and there was a disgustingly dirty garbage can in the middle of the room that has stuff spilled on it and garbage coming out of it.. there were nails ALL over the floor. Which was gross because I promise there was nails near every single nail techs station, and that means they obviously don't clean much. When I was done with my pedicure the girl didn't offer me any of those slip on Sandler they usually give people And then when she showed me where to sit, I noticed a dirty pair of those shoes next to my seat from the last person who was sitting there. I'll never return. So gross and annoying.
This took me about 15 minutes to type. I hate to give bad reviews but when people deserve it, they deserve it. I still tipped the people 5$ each because I feel like dirt to not tip people but honestly I hated giving that place any of my money. I didn't have an enjoyable or relaxing experience.

We had an appointment for three persons. When we arrived they confirmed our appointment. A woman walked in with no appointment and gets seated immediately. We will never come to this location again.
