My pedicurist is great. Sometimes she runs late but she never rushes through my pedicure. I continue to go here only because of her. I wish I could find someone there who could do my refill the same. I am always kept waiting even though I have an appointment for a fill and he rushes when he does my nails as I am sitting in the pedicure chair. My nails are not as smooth as I would like because he does not put enough gel on top.

My pedicurist is out sick and she usually calls but no one in the salon called me to let me. I still had an appointment for my nails, but I am still sitting here waiting to get my nails done because they are servicing people who are walkins first and they are short handed even though I have a standing appointment for every 3 weeks. This is poor customer service!

I went to pretty nails in bayside the lady helped me decide on using gel nail polish for the full set I was getting .
The man who did my nails didn't speak to me put a nail on crooked and when I showed him what I wanted my nails painted , which was black and.purple he said he couldn't do that too hard. So I said paint my nails purple and do a black tip. He does just a black tip never added purple. Left nail polish on my fingers.
I got there at 215pm got done at 4pm... cuz he has to remove top gel clear coat to add purple ...

I've been going here since it changed owners. I don't have anything negative to say about it. The service wonderful, the prices are great, and the people who work there are so kind and caring. They do the best designs. I always get multiple comments on how great my nails look. I refer everyone here.

This is the second time that I have been to this place and this is my favorite place so far. This place has reasonable prices and the result is quite extraordinary. I recommend a guy by the name Tim . I think he is very good at what he does.

This place changed owners not all that long ago and the service sucks! The quality of work with the new owners leaves so much to be desired. Pedicures are never consistent EVEN WITH THE SAME GUY ALWAYS DOING MINE! SNS was a bumpy mess and terribly uneven, nails were slanted, just utterly disappointed. I’ve been getting my nails done for 30 years, I know what I like and I know how they should be done. This is my first ever review of a business and I’ve been around the block a time or two😉, DON’T waste your time or money here. I would give zero stars if it were possible.
