Today my 13 year old was charged $40 for a pedicure! A pedicure that should have been no more than $25! She picked out a regular color and sat down in the chair. The lady switched to a gel to charge her more money and take advantage of her. The lady did not care when I was trying to explain to her that I helped her pick out the color and it was NOT gel! She clearly took advantage of my child and we will NEVER be back!

THEY DID A BUTCHER JOB ON MY NAILS AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO BLAME ME FOR NOT SAYING ANYTHING WHILE SHE WAS SCREWING UP MY TOES . ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I'M NOT A NAIL TECHNICIAN. SO WHAT AM I SUPPOSED DO? WATCH YOUR EVERY MOVE WHILE YOU DO MY NAILS AND NOT RELAX? YOU WOULD THINK SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN THE NAIL BUSINESS WOULD KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING SO THEY DONT MESS UP. THEY RUSHED MY PEDICURE, NO PEDICURE TAKES 20 MINUTES. AND THEN THE LADY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME NOT TO SAY THAT WHEN I TOLD HER "THIS IS THE WORST PEDICURE I'VE EVER HAD" AND THEN THE OWNER THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE I SAID I REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE CRAPPY PEDICURE. I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY. MONEY WASTED. MY TOE NAILS ARE HORRIBLY SHAPED AND CUT TOO SHORT. DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON. THEY ARE RUDE AND OVERPRICED. WON'T BE BACK.

This is the most rudest place to ever go to and they do a very poor job. I just got my nails done on Saturday and now it's time to get them done again. The workers talk among themselves about the customer very negative. I turned my Google translator on and it was embarrassing to hear how they saying.

I Love J. C Nails, I have had ONE visiting relative that cut too close but ONLY ONE. Everyone else has always done a fantastic job!

They charge extra for things that should be included. They always try to talk you into things you don't want. I will not be back!
