The stylists at Salon Upstairs are incredibly talented. It's one of those salons where you can just say "I trust you" and let them do their thing. I have never been disappointed. The salon is clean and stylish and everyone who works there is very friendly. Would totally recommend to anyone!

I hate to give such a bad review, but I bought a Gilt City coupon for a haircut and had a pretty terrible experience. While Suat was very very nice, and I enjoyed talking with him, he cut my hair completely uneven. I had to go to another salon and pay for another haircut the next day because it was so bad. I have long straight hair, so I thought it would be a fairly straight forward cut. I should have known something was up when he didn't give me a mirror to look at my hair in the back. Very disappointed.
