First experience was not bad, very nice staff and Overall nails are a great shape! The only complaint I have is that when they filed down my nails, all the particles never got cleaned away so it looks like I have saw dust trapped in my nails 😩

Best nail salon I've ever been to! They make your acrylics look real and have the best selection of polishes. Fast service, professional and beautiful service. Highly recommend.

I went because a friend who always has amazing nails recommended this salon but it was an awful experience for me. I was getting a full set of nails or the first time in a few years and when I asked for a full set of gel nails they didn't seem to understand what I meant. I tried to explain and thought they got it and then they started painting on the old school acrylic powder. Ugh. I had a wedding I needed to go to and didn't have any other day to get nails done so I just went with it anyway. But it only got worse. The tech didn't do anything with my cuticles and then didn't even get the acrylic fill all the way to my cuticles so by the time she was done, it looked like I was already in need of a fill. *sigh* I tried to show her where the gaps were and where I needed them to be filled more and she said she didn't want to hurt my cuticles. I was doing my best to not lose it and I'm usually a very patient person. After a few failed attempts at making the gaps look better, I let her move on and she did a horrible job thinning them down and shaping them. I gave up. I tipped her, paid and left and cried. My friend who recommended them agreed they were awful and said I should call them and get them fixed so I did. I went back and explained the fill/cuticle issue and the shape/thickness issue to the manager and he sat down with me and tried to reshape and thin them but when I as still unhappy about the gap and said they just need to be filled more, he gave up and sent me back to the same exact tech who did it wrong the day before! *Grrr! She filled them more and filed them more and painted them a color that I thoughtdidn't show the crappiness as much and I never went back.

Absolutely love Clay Nail Salon. My daughter (Samantha), grand daughter (Karley) & I visit every 2 weeks. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly & knowledgeable. It’s clean & present atmosphere will keep us going back. (Karley is only 9 yrs old & they are so good with her. They give young girl a great first time experience!). Bravo to everyone!
