I went here today and I am beyond upset. I showed the lady a picture said I want the length and style and color just liked it.. she promised she can do it.. I asked how much she said 60.. I don’t normally wear tips and these are just glue ons!!! The length is way to long- told her it was long and she said no no this is how they are looks good this way.. does the design... I wanted to cry I could of did a better job myself.. told her to take the designs off and paint plain... charged me an extra 10 dollars!!! It looked horrible... I tried to complain and demand no and she insisted.. I will never ever go back here ever again.. I paid 70 for glue on nails with no gel holding them

Not to mention I paid $50 for ONLY a acrylic refill and 3 nails broke within 2 days. I felt taken adavantge of when she told me the total. I’ve never in my life paid $50 for a relfil the most $35. After I left and felt completely taken advantage of I went on their website and saw the prices that were not listed inside the nail salon I went back and showed her that she completely lied to me and basically got over on me she immediately gave me some money back !!! As a first time customer that was VERY WRONG and I will never go back again. THEY ARE RUNNING A BUSNIESS TO FEED THEIR OWN POCKETS NOT TO MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!

My first and last visit today. Friendly staff...I don't know if she is the owner or the manager but she is overbearing with trying to sell the services that they offer. I got gel manicure, regular pedicure, a design on the each big toe, waxing and tint for my eyebrows with cost me $94. The gel manicure was not neat it was bubbly. My eyebrows were not even...I made them correct that before I left. I suggest you find another nail salon that takes pride in what they do. They know how to take your money real fast.

After 2 years of going there we love lucy's work but for some reason the last few time its not that great because someone else did mine and my sisters, any way I called the owner telling her that my powder gel didnt last aweek , she refuced to give discount ,i payed full price for the fix as well , i always gave great tips , me and my sister will never go there again .
