i called before hand to see how much dip powder nails would be. the lady said it would be $49. which i was like hm, okay that’s not bad at all, comparing it to what i had paid before. so i made an appointment, and went in right on time & got sat down right on time. the lady asked what i wanted, and i showed her some nude and white ombre nails, and she began. she put the tip on my nails very poorly, many were flipping up on the sides. she asked me what shape i wanted & i told her coffin. she continued to do my nails and AFTER she had already started the dip powder, she told me ‘the tip is an extra $5, coffin shape is an extra $10, and the ombre is an extra $15’ and i was like UM EXCUSE ME? she told me AFTER she had already started my nails, and thank god she hadn’t gotten to the ombre yet, so i told her to just do the nude color. my nails came out DISGUSTING. the werent even coffin, they were so round & see through and by far the worst nails i have ever gotten. also, they ALREADY CAME OFF, I EASILY POPPED THEM OFF MY NAILS BECAUSE THEY WERE PUT ON SO AWFULLY. i paid $60 for nails that already came off, and that looked disgusting. DONT COME HERE. it’s so awful.

Tried several places after our move from the east coast. Loved Chong. She recommended I move from gels (shellac) to sand- my nails look as great as they did a week ago and are growing for the first time in months. Saving time and money too! Very happy 😊

So, yesterday morning around 1030-11ish myself and two of my girlfriends come to this establishment to have our nails done. We heard through our friends that they do a pretty decent job so we decided to give it a try. We get there and go in... there are only four ladies at work, they all just stare at us with a sour look, which causes the woman who's nails they are doing to turn and look too. so one of my girlfriends starts talking "hello, all three of us wanted to have our nails done and I would like a pedicure"the lady just looks between all of us and goes " you have an appointment?" ... no... the door says walk in welcomes. She told us we had to have an appointment to have our nails done. So my same friend, with her face red from embarrassment goes "really?" And the woman is just "yes yes only appointments only" so she asked when and where so could make an appointment and the SAME WOMAN ROLLS HER EYES, GETS UP FROM DOING A WOMANS NAILS AND COMES OVER TO THE DESK TO MAKE OUR APPOINTMENT. At this point I'm out. I want nothing to do with this place. But my friends insisted on making an appointment. We ended up not going because we reflected on the service, the attitude, and the atmosphere of this place and we are not going to pay for services that they obviously did not want.
However, one of the girls decided to give you another try. Shes overall pleased with the work myself and my other friend will not be choosing your establishment.

You're always greeted with a friendly smile!! I LOVE this place. I have finally found a fabulous full nail salon ❤!!! John , Dahlia and Kim, are fabulous !!

I love coming here. I have not had my nails done in the past, and now that I have been coming to Melange I don’t know why I hadn’t had my nails professionally cared for before? I have had SNS treatment, shellac, and pedicures. They will always try to accommodate walk-ins. I feel so much better about the appearance of my hands and feet! My nails are not too thick and Kim gives suggestions for good color choices. The SNS truly lasted 3 weeks- even though I went to the beach with salt water and sand. My pedicure looks good 5 weeks later! Love to go next door and get a coffee to sip while getting the spa treatment. This is a relaxing oasis.
