I love the service here, nice massage chairs and workers. The polish stayed on for a long time and looked just how i wanted it to! Would definitely recommend to all of my friends.

Worst and most expensive pedicure I’ve ever had. It’s only been 2 weeks later and I’ve already had to trim my very slow growing toenails since my appt. The manager, I presume, would not stop talking to me. And the gal who gave me the pedicure messed up so many times! But worst of all, it was a rip off! Paid $60 for a gel pedicure with a horrible flower design!

I come to this place to get pedicures and have always had great experiences. They recognize me when I walk in, if they are busy they let me know when a good time is to come back. The pedicures are nice and long about 30-40 minutes, in nice massage chairs. And the place is always very clean.

Great service; sweet women; they fit me in at the last minute. And it’s one of the nicer nail salons I’ve been in in Redmond.

TERRIBLE NAIL SALON! Twice a fool was I. The first time I went in late in the day and they were rushing through everything. My nails were crooked and the polish pealed in a couple of days. I had no intention of returning but I needed a manicure before a trip and it was right there. I had gel polish that needed to be removed. The woman was visibly annoyed that she had to remove it and was so aggressive in her technique, my fingers were sand blasted raw in some places. I told her I only wanted my nails filed but she began clipping the ends (presumably because there was still polish visible). Finally, she applied the polish (which was a blend of two gel colors - not explained when I selected the color from the sample palette). The polish was uneven and not at all like the color I selected. When I got home, my daughter asked me if I did my nails myself - that is bad!! I had them re-done at my usual salon 3 days later.
