Pretty relaxed environment catered to the requests of my toddler. Not vented much. Staff was very sweet and attentive. Parts of my design came off hours later. My cuticles bled and hurt after they were done and the next day those fingers swelled up painfully and had to be drained. The experience was ok and staff excellent just needs more practice.

I arrived at 4:30pm start to sign in the lady at the front tells me. Honey we're to busy come back tommorow. What poor customer service to some who spend good money. Mind you they close at 7pm. They treat their client's horrible DON'T waste you're time or money.

The techs are undertrianed. Customer service is bissmal and the product was awful; I had lifting the next day. I would NEVER recommend any person to patronize this establishment.
