Zen is the best! I've gotten manicures and pedicures at several different local salons and Zen is consistently the best. They are always busy which speaks volumes as to how great their service is, yet they expedite getting their customers taken care of. The prices are very good and staff is beyond friendly. They take their time and my nails always look great. Love going here and I highly recommend them!

I have been to Zen Nails several times and have never been disappointed. I’ve been through many nail salons in the NKY and Cincinnati area, and have never found one worth going to regularly, but I finally found Zen Nails! The staff is always so friendly and do a great job every time. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I’ll be going here for years to come.

I’ve been here twice now and I love it! The staff Is great and very friendly. The service is great and my nails have turned out beautifully each time I have had them done. After going to multiple places and leaving with nails that I did not ask for, I finally found a place that I will keep returning to. If you have not, give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.

My granddaughter and I were walk-ins here and were greeted immediately and counseled regarding our choice of manicures. My granddaughter wanted custom art on her nails which was no problem at all. The nail artist perfectly reproduced the image freehand. We were both very pleased with the personal attention and finished product!

I would rather not rate them at all, but you cannot write a review without one so there is one. My best friend and I were looking for a great place to get our nails done and read the reviews and thought we would go out of our way but we were not greeted we signed in our selves and we're told that there would be a wait. . They did not give a time and were rude. We understood that they were busy but there was a lack of hospitality and we sensed it and felt that we weren't welcome. So we left.
