Went in as a walk-in and was in the chair within 30 minutes, so not bad. Friendly service, Chandler was very nice without being too chatty. Good job with my trim to clean up my edges. $21 seems expensive for a trim and is the reason for less than 5 stars.

Chandler was great. They don't always have walk in appointments so make sure to call ahead.

Asked my stylest where I could hang my jacket and purse and she pointed at the floor that was covered in someone else's hair that hadn't been swept up. I had to point out that my hair was parted lopsided during my haircut and I felt totally rushed, in fact my appointment was at 5:30 and I was done at 5:34. $21 for 4 minutes. The receptionist was too busy talking to give me a pen to sign my credit card slip. The whole experience was so unprofessional. Got home, brushed through it and realized it was so uneven and choppy, I have tons of random long pieces I had to trim myself, feel like I flushed $21 down the toilet. Very unhappy!
