I went in for a full set and the job was less than satisfactory. I called back and requested them to be fixed. Within minutes the owner contacted me. She came in on her day off and completely rectified the situation. My nails are absolutely beautiful. She was super gracious. She used this as a training opportunity for the original nail tech. Showing how much she cares about her clients and employees. I highly recommend this salon for your nails. I have scheduled an appointment for my next fill.

My wife was in town visiting and this nail salon was close to my apartment. She was very happy with her nails. Four stars because they are a little overpriced.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME! We recently moved to Spokane from Portland, and I tried several nail places with mediocre results. I finally called Carnegie and spoke with Lisa, the owner, and told her that I'd been struggling to find someone who would do my nails the way I like them done. Lisa listened and did a FANTASTIC job with my nails. Could not be happier. Thank you, Lisa, for making sure I got what I wanted and truly caring about how my nails turned out.
