I came to visit my mom and wanted to get my nails done. My mother had just heard about Kevin at Regal nails in Walmart on San Carlos Blvd. So we went there and to my surprise I was treated to the best in the business. He’s young but seems to have it down pat. Because my nails NEVER looked this good and the 2 glasses of Champagne didn’t hurt either. Great value and an excellent job. Got a pedicure from one of the girls. But it wasn’t going well and another “take charge” girl took over and fixed all the things the other didn’t. I spent a couple hours in the salon and had a great time and got a great job on my nails. I highly recommend this place. They are super busy but they keep everyone happy and have quite the system going

I came to the salon to get my nails done with acrylics. My nails didn't even last me a full three weeks. So I tried to go a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt and nobody that worked there didn't speak any English so they had no understanding of how I wanted my nails done. I understand it's a Vietnamese Salon but there has to be at least one person that speaks a little bit of English so that way somebody can understand what I want done. I asked for them to file my nails square and they file them to a point. I asked them for pink and white tip and he painted the whole nail White. I had to keep stopping him and correcting him which he wasn't understanding either. And it's been a week and a half and two of my nails are already off and I don't even do any hard labor for them to be coming off this early. Worst nail salon I have ever been to in the history of nail salons and we'll never go back again I give this place the worst rating possible and suggest you never go there if you want something done correctly

My tech was awsome until the guy in the front desk started to rush her, then it started to get sloppy work. It's not her fault it was his... I still tipped her 10 5 for her great job and 5 for dealing with the guy!

I payed $50 for my nails and just a few days after they were coming out from the bottom. I told the tech that they were uneven and he said he would fix it but didn’t! I went to see my sister and first thing she said was “your nails are crooked ” . I was so dumb to tip him $5! I would never go back to a asian person again! They are inpatient, don’t listen, and I think they need to wear prescription glasses!!
