My experience here was much less than satisfactory. It was my first time and I was greeted and ultimately taken care of by an older woman named Cindy. I asked for a polish change and a pedi. She began by working in my nails which are natural with no acrylic, she was not shaping them at all, even after I pointed it out to her. A few minutes later I asked her to just proceed with the pedicure. She seemed upset and started talking to her fellow co-workers and in my opinion talking about me! She ran cold water so it was uncomfortable. Once she corrected it, the temperature was fine. Lastly what was really disappointing, was when she was done with my pedicure while my feet was in the water she decided to clean all of the tools she had used in the water that my feet was in. I've never experienced service like this. I'll stick to Anthony Vince.

First and last time I will ever go here , horrible experience ! This place is unsanitary. The women who did my nail did such a horrible job and caused me such pain , the older women who did my toes did a half ass job as if she was in a rush .she also used a dirty towel and was trying to clean her tools in the same water as my feet were in . Disgusting place ! Take your money and go somewhere else !.

Had a wonderful experience! Place was clean and service was spot on. Miss Vicky was great. No complaints.

Awful place, my acrylics were different shapes and crooked, the OWNER LIED to me and said it was $4 more because they were "too long", however my friend had the same length and she paid the normal price! DO NOT GO!!!
