Empty salon and i still received rushed unsatisfactory service. My nail tech previously did such a beautiful job and i specifically asked for her and was told she is on vacation. The woman who took care of me did my gel manicure the way she wanted instead of the way i requested. My cuticles look terrible and nails were polished badly and haphazardly. She applied the gel clear coat on leaving my nails shiny some places and dull the others. I let her know and she said due to the humidity outside, while we were in a well conditioned salon, the polish will appear dull. I've never experienced that. My toes were polished messily and my pedicure not done well at all. My eyebrows were done well and that's the 1 star. But i will return to the salon to see if the woman who did them previously is there but my experience was awful and if it weren't for me needing my nails and brows done for a funeral i would've walked away. Full service paid but unsatisfying service.

If I could give negative stars I would! My wife got her eyebrows done from here before we went on a cruise and whatever wax they used was so horrible that my wife's face was swollen in the area the wax was used. Because of this we had to get medications from a doctor and could not really enjoy our vacation. She had to stay in the room because sun exposure and swimming was bad for her face due to this.. I blame my self mainly because I didn't check the reviews for this place before I went. This place was close by and looked fancy but don't let the looks fool you. What ever you do don't get your eye brows wax from here. Also like many others she got her nails done and like everyone said they come off quickly..

These are the rudest, nastiest people ever! If you don't "look" like your making 6 figures they don't even acknowledge you. Ive been here a few times and always leave pissed that Im giving someone money to treat me bad. I came in waited 25 minute for a (older white) to come in they thought she had money so they took her first. Im like excuse I was waiting, they said don't make a scene. She want something quick. Honestly I didn't care what she wanted, she didn't have an appointment and I already waited 25 minute (although they said 10 minute wait). I will never go there again

I will NEVER get my eyebrows done here again. My experience here is never well. I specifically told Tina the eyebrow tech I just wanted a clean up around my eyebrows and she literally took all my brows off and left me with very thin hair. When I saw how my brows looked I screamed because I naturally have thick eyebrows. The workers here do not have proper training on waxing eyebrows, be aware of this place.

Mediocre at best! OMG so I have been here three times because it is the closest to my house and I guess when I get off I be just tired. Every time I have been I left mad as hell. They are so sorry. I prefer gel nails but every time within a week my nails look like a 3-4 week old job. Please do not waste your money. The customer service is great which is why I keep going back including the price, but needless to say, " you get what you pay for".
