They aren’t the worst to go to, honestly. Yes they are a bit pricy as i usually leave spending about $60. But they’ve never been too rude. Yes my nails have come out a little bumpy, and a tad bit off shape. But I wouldn’t be so harsh as to say I’ll never come back. They’ve been pretty nice, but I just moved here so that’s just me.

I am not one to write reviews but I have to say this was the WORST experience I have ever had in a nail salon. My sister and i booked an appointment at 9 am for a wedding that we are in. My other sister went in to labor early this morning so i called to cancel the appointment but no one was there and they don't have a voicemail set up. I called a little after nine to reschedule the appointment with no problem. When we went there my sister and i were told to sit and wait. We waited about 15 minutes and they took me to my chair for my pedicure. About ten minutes in to getting my pedicure the older gentleman walked over and said we cannot do your sisters nails with the baby she will need to wait until your done. ( thought this was a little odd as I have brought my kids to MANY salons before) so I say that's fine. We are about done with my pedicure and the older gentleman approaches me in a rude manor again asking if I was the one who had the appointment at nine. I responded that I was and that my sister was in labor so I had to reschedule. He said if u would have been here at nine we would have gotten you in. I felt as if i was being scolded for rescheduling. I said I called to reschedule he said not until after nine. I argued back and said I called before nine and didn't get a voicemail. So I called when I had a minute to reschedule. He explained to me no one gets there until 9. OK. So we proceed on to my manicure. My sister now sitting next to me tells me she is hungry and needs to get above mentioned baby food. Tech responds to her you go get food, or it would be better you go eat and come back. My sister not a very patient person has now been sitting for and hour and a half didn't like it much and said I am waiting for her to be done. The again above mentioned older gentleman asked me what she would like I told her the same as me. But we will need to go get food first as baby is hungry he said that would be good as we don't have time for you now. Needless to say we went and got food and did not return. The work they do is great but they are incredibly rude. I took her to my favorite salon instead. I will not be returning to be yelled at by a nail tech. Side note: at salon we went to there was a 18 mointh old baby with a lady in a chair and the workers were playing and cooing over him. Much better customer service.

I have been coming here for 3 years and decided to take my friend from out of town here today. I was so embarrassed I even brought her by the end. When we were sat to get started she asked what I wanted and immediately told me I couldn’t get the style nail I wanted because of my nail beds being too short. I bite my nails and I know my nails are short, hence wanting to get them done. I’ve gotten this style plenty of other times at this location and they proceeded to have tell me Rudely multiple times how short my nails were. Then they started talking about it in a different language which was so obvious because right after another technician made a rude comment about my nail beds looking bad to my friend. Already annoyed by my experience, she was very impatient while doing my nails and commanded I sit up and move forward during the gluing process of the fake nails. My experience was far from relaxing or enjoyable, the level of professionalism was not there. I loved coming to this place and rave about it to my friends but I will not be sending business this way any longer. I shouldn’t be made to feel self conscious about my nails especially when I pay a lot of money to come to the salon. If this happens again while I am here I will be saying something publicly and will not return.

Worst place to work. The guy named Son is mean and treated employees really bad! Do not come here

Took mom there for mothers day pedi n guy had her soak for 25 min n didnt say 2 words to her n painted her nails n didnt go to dryer for 25 min until he told her to go to dryer for her toes n other gals came in n he talked up a storm with them. Very disappointed in the young guy.
