My first visit yesterday and I was very pleased. Tong did my nails and made sure he broke down the cost of what I wanted, and informed me of every step while working on my nails. He was super friendly. I will definitely be going back! My nails look gorgeous!

I've been going there for years. Gina and Tom are precious people. We always joke around and have fun. They do a wonderful job.

Tong always does a great job and provides great customer service. The only reason I do not rate Instyle Nails a 5 is that it is not very clean. Also they need more techs as it is hard to get in there without a long wait. But if the service is great, it is worth the wait.

I love this place, Gina and Tom always do such a great job. The best place to go in Cleveland. Hands down.
