What a great experience I had today at MC. Renee did my nails and they were awesome. Denise cut and styled my hair and I felt like a new person. Let me say this, I am high risk health wise and the staff made me feel anxious free. They have always risen to any occasion to protect customers and their staff. Thanks to all. Barbara Ulizzi

3-12-20 update: Owner invited me back and I had a pedicure with Regina. She was fab and and my feet look great! Again, the salon is cold and loud, but maybe that's just what atmosphere they are going for. They use an Aveda product with a cooling sensation and this is just not right for pedicures in the winter months. The hour goes quick and there's good conversation. Service is pretty much impeccable here, but not my favorite pedicure spot.
Do not get a pedicure here in the winter! It is SO COLD in that building - no one was allowed to touch the thermostat and there are no space heaters. The water went cold, my hot tea went cold, there was no warmer in the massage chair... Also, the salon is SO LOUD that it is not a relaxing experience. My nail tech was very nice but did not exfoliate me enough - my heels are already rough again, only 1 day after the service. Was not worth the dollars, even with a coupon. Will not be back.

I Have been going to this salon for YEARS and I absolutely love it here. If you want quality services and people, come here. This is the place to be ! I always feel great leaving the Micheal Christopher Salon.

I moved to Cleveland 25 years ago. I went to two other high profile salons, looking for someone to replace my PA stylist who never let me down in creating an executing an exceptional style every time. His shoes were hard to fill, but Michael Christopher Salon has overflowed them. Marianne the owner and my stylist, Amy my colorist, and all of the others who have stepped in, are well trained and coached. The learning continues and has met the needs of my family with their unique hair texture needs.
Highly recommended!

Amazing services, I always go to Danielle for nails, Summer for waxes, and Amanda for anything hair!! But amazing ladies and gentlemen all around the whole salon!!
