I have been coming to Twin since I was 15 years old I’m soon to turn 28!!!! With that being said, out of 13 years I have never had any problems. She always take her time and give you the amazing work that you are looking for... this is the ONLY nail shop that has ever been able to please me!!! So the review below is insane, if she had any problems she know that Twin would have fixed the problem... your nails look amazing by the way!!! Love you Twin!!!!

I'm so sad writing this review because I used to love this shop. Went in Tuesday for a pedicure and full gel set. Only Twin and another young lady were working. The pedicure was done right and i was very relaxed and it was perfect . After painting my toes I was walked over to get my nails done. (No fan on my toes) Twin was on the phone for half of the time doing my nails which I thought was really rude. When applying the acrylic she was rushed and it was very clumpy. She didn't even let it set properly as she had to redo my thumb because a corner near my cuticle wasn't even filled 🤦🤦. Then she's WAY too rough with filing. Cut me several times and stopped the bleeding with glue 😫. I asked for Coffin shaped nails and this shaping is... Off. Several of my nails are crooked. When she was finally done putting on the gel and UV light, she filed my (already painted) nails AGAIN! OUCH! Trying to hide the fact that my nails are blatantly crooked. Then she puts oil in my hands and tells me I can put on my shoes. Guess what happened when I took my shoes off? Pedicure ruined!! I'm crying because my nails are HIDEOUS but I'm in pain and I'm just so disappointed. I had to pay another shop $15 to repaint my toes. And now i have to wait at least a week with ugly, crooked nails before I can have someone fix them. 🤦🤦 And I paid this shop $65!!!!!

I been coming here for years Twin has very good customer service Nd never rush with my nails she does wonder nails and feet she is the only person I go too and I let do my eyebrows I will recommend you come and get the wonderful service

Best Set of Nails I ever had. Twin and the Ladies definitely made me feel welcomed. I look forward to more business encounters just like this one.

I just want to take the time to acknowledge Twen for all that she has done for over 20 Years at Linh Nails. She is not only a Nail Tech but when I sit in her chair she bonds with her customers and makes you feel comfortable. Everyone knows that I’m very impatient but this is the only business I would patiently sit and wait because the results will be Professional & Eye Catching. She’s so down to Earth and Cool with everyone. I’ve been a customer for 19 years. There are times I have went to another Nail Shop because I didn’t want to wait....but I end up coming back to Linh Nails so Twen could Fix someone else’s mistakes..I’ve learned my Lesson.. “It’s better to Wait & be Patient then to be Rushing & Dissapointed”
