I needed a fill on my nails while in Boise so after searching for nail salons and finding three near my hotel with equally bad reviews I chose Lovely Nails. This woman seriously needs to go back nail school. It started with removing my polish. I had red polish and as she removed it she smeared it all over my fingers which made it go under the acrylic nail and stain my natural nail. She then proceeded to try to grind it off and when she couldn't because it got my nails hot and burned she made a comment like it was my fault. I had chosen a pale shade of pink for my new polish but due to the red stains around my nails it would have shown through. She applied the acrylic powder and sanded it down three different times along with buffing with the sanding block. The end result I wound up with after the polish was applied and I had left was sloppy acrylic around my cuticles and bumpy acrylic on my nails. Polish was applied unevenly and not all the way down to the cuticle like its supposed to be. I also had a pedicure before which I explained that I had a broken little toe so did not want that foot massaged. She did comply with that. My entire pedicure took about 15 minutes from sticking my feet on the water to polish finished. Still had dry skin on the bottom of my feet and cuticles had cursory attention. Absolutely the worst nails and pedi I have ever had. My husband and I travel a great deal and I've had appointments in lots of places. This place really is the worst. This woman does not know what she is doing. The whole time I was there it was just her and me. The phone did not ring once. Buyer beware for this salon.

Totally rushed through my manicure. No soak and was told it was because it would think my nails and make the Polish not stick. BS I have had manicures before. Barely got lotion. Felt like she just wanted to get me done and out as fast as possible. Had to ask for nails to be evened out 3 times!

Will never go back here my nails looked terrible and the lady wouldn't listen when I told her I wasn't satisfied with how bad my nails looked

Shittiest nails I've ever had. The people were nice however my nails were absolutely awful. Had them for less then a week and had one nail break off and another nails gel was scrapping off. They made them super thin so they were extremely flimsy never going back to this place again!
