Usually good. Can be hit or miss though. I'm rarely asked to wait more than 10 minutes, which is great. I've never made an appointment and I don't think I've ever been turned away or told that the wait time is going to be long. I expect a pedicure to last at least 2 weeks but a good one can last 3 or 4. I've had polish peel off in sheets after about 5 days, although that has only happened a couple times and I've been going here for a while. I like the service and people enough to continue to go there and honestly I'm not the type to go back if I got consistently poor or unfriendly service.
