I got there when there was only one other person. They quickly filled up and every tech was trying to work on two people back and forth between each mini treatment of the process. I paid for the deluxe mani pedi and got basic at best. They were rushed and really annoyed when I asked them to fix things. It took almost 2 hours to do a mani/pedi, no acrylic. Even the people who had made appointments were shrugged off and told to reschedule or wait.

"No gel on feet" that wouldn't have been a big deal if the ladies weren't so rude and rough. I felt like an inconvenience. They left me sitting in cold water for 10 minutes and rubbed some type of warming lotion on my legs. It irritated my skin. I gave it 2 stars because Son was really pleasant. He was nice and not super chatty. Overall I wasn't happy with my service and my nails are uneven.

very rude, and unprofessional. I walked in to get a an appointment for a pedicure. One of the staff said ok hold on, then tje phone rang and the client calling made a 5pm appointment. After she hang up the phone she said no appointment today. How? I came in before she made the appointment on the phone, are you serious? Never go there again, I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
