I have been going here for a year. Seems when the Mother is working I get top notch treatment, when it's the son it goes down hill fast.This is the second instance. Went there last week, l was literally given a pedicure without soaking my feet, was told oh no we do it after....after painting my nails?! So I forewent the soak and am looking for a new nail salon...any recommendations? If rating the salon with the Mom there it's a 5 star, but sadly he is damaging the reputation. Sent several ppl away , and bad service. Recipe for disaster. It's sad she is a really nice lady. His personality is okay but it is obvious his heart is not at that salon.

Lovely place... feels very Zen. Staff & management are warm & efficient.

Owner G and staff are wonderful. Talented and very friendly. The spa is always clean and well maintained. It is always a pleasure going to Plaza nails. Highly recommend!
