Morgan provided excellent service while creating the perfect hair style for me! She listened to what I wanted and I am so happy with my new look! She is very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back!
One Star Note: a side note that does not have anything to do with my hair. The establishment could really use a good cleaning. To be honest, if it had not been for Morgan being so great I would have left based on the condition of the facility. It has the potential for being a five star looking salon, but really needs to be cleaned.

Went into Have my hair colored and didn't turn out at all as I had shown in the photo of what I wanted done to it $130.00 When I said something they wanted to charge me even more to fix it. Not cool at all, they had me come back in charged me another $54.00 and they fixed it but I sure doesn't at all look like I showed her in the picture come to find out it was the girls first week there. I will never step foot in cloud 9 again. I've always known that if your not happy they fix it for free.

I scheduled a mani/pedi, and they helped me out by letting me come in a little earlier. Brenda did my nails and she was absolutely fabulous. We had great chit chat, and my nails look beautiful. She also was super quick and efficient which is amazing. Will definently return for all my future nail needs.

They were able to get me in same day and was very pleasant. Brenda did exactly what I wanted and the pedicure was so relaxing. Thank you, I will be back!

I just took my daughter in to get a pedicure with me and was really dissatisfied with the quality of service. The staff was indeed friendly but did not do a quality job. My daughter was left with polish all over her toes. I was never asked if I wanted my nails cut nor were they filed. My cuticles were not cut at all and my polish looks awful ( I too was left with some on my skin). My daughter was asked if she wanted the salt scrub, I was not. So my total was 50$, which in my opinion was way overpriced. Usually a pedicure can take up to an hour. I think we were done in about 30mins even after drying.
