I was at BM motor cars a couple of months ago to look at a 2015 Ford F150 platinum. I was introduced to a wonderful salesman by the name of Ron Van Allen he was really nice and super patient with showing me the car and explaining everything I was really impressed by his passion for what he does and his excellent customer service. I did not end up buying the vehicle from BM motor cars because I was very turned off by the dealership doc fee. The price of the vehicle was listed online for $36,995 now obviously you know that you will be having to pay taxes so the car will come out to be roughly around $40,000 but apparently they have a doc fee or paperwork fee for $1975 which is above average. I have purchased cars in the past and never paid over $195 for Doc fee. I went ahead and bought the same car Somewhere else and paid $38,675 (taxes included)out the door with 2000 miles less than the one they had on the lot. Do yourself a favor when dealing with them ask for all fees upfront so as not to waste your time. I spoke to the manager to try to lower the doc fee I think his name was Vlad but he was very firm about his fee which by the way wasn’t listed online. Weird business practice. I’d also like to mention that the price kept changing on the car especially when it came to financing. The numbers were fluctuating from $10,000-$15,000 across the term of the loan plus a $5000 down payment which brought the truck up to$50,236 (with tax ). So to make it clear before signing anything cross reference them and make sure that you get everything written down before the number start jumping all over the place. But overall I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend going there just keep in mind the undisclosed fees and don’t sign anything before seeing all fees in front of you. Good Luck

They have a pretty smart system in place. Sam was excellent at helping get the job done. Bravo Sam!!!. They were honest except the refusal to use a credit card for the down payment, which is their own policy not a Capital one policy. I was mislead into using a debit card instead of a credit card for the down payment on the basis that Capital One doesn't accept credit card for down payment. Overall satisfied.
Update!!
I spoke with the general sale manager, Mr. Vlad, right after my review. He clarified my concern about the use of my debit card instead of the credit card for my down deposit. He even offered a conference call with a Capital One representative for further clarification . What a nice business man he is!! Well, it is worth upgrading my satisfaction to 5 stars. These guys have a great business model. Hope to do business with you again.

8 months ago I praised the service of BM Motor Cars. My rating is not the same. When it came to servicing my vehicle under warranty No one ever called me back to follow through. I've left plenty of messages for the Service department with no return calls. They took advantage of me because I was fully covered by my Credit Union. There customer service sucks.

I'll give this dealer a 1 star because they have some nice looking cars. I recently financed a vehicle here with my wife and a week later the axles and the spindles went. The manager promised to fix it but held it for a week and charged the warranty department to fix the brakes which there had been nothing wrong with. When we came to pick it up they told us that they only fixed the brakes. They told us we will have to eventually fix the axle and spindles ourselves. Just beware when you go there. That makes me wonder about all of there cars.
