I always thought that negative reviews of this nail shop were exaggerated but in reality they are not. When you enter an establishment and no-ONE acknowledges your presence (or anyone that looks like you for that matter) or that you even exist...run! I stayed foolishly because I thought maybe there was a language barrier but the same rude boss that ignores me and another black lady suddenly became fluent when a Caucasian woman entered. She also tried to charge me more than the posted prices and I even called her out when she quoted a cheaper price for said Caucasian woman who was getting the exact same service! Place is unkempt and the person in charge was extremely rude! The staff working was very nice and a big contrast to the person in charge (I feel bad that she has to work in such a toxic environment). I will highly recommend that they focus on better customer services training for the woman/boss and ending discriminatory practices. I will NOT return here even if they offer free services.

I was in a hurry and called and asked if they could take me and perform the services requested. When I arrived I waited 30 min and was not even in a chair yet. This place is unorganized. They asked another customer to wait while they took me. That customer was already getting services done and needed to pick up her child soon!! I was very disappointed as I needed these services done for a wedding.

This place was the WORSE!! The owner was very unprofessional and the service was HORRIBLE She has a fake sign that says gel & spa ped for $22 and then she says it one or the other. SMH. She messed up my gel and just put a darker color on top and with bubbles. HORRIBLE trust me please DON'T go and waste your time or money. NIGHTMARE of a nail salon.

Today was my first time for the spa pedicure. I found the salon to be clean, the chairs comfy, and staff friendly. I would recommend it.
