This place is the best nail salon in all of Redding. I know because I've been to quite a few of them. Thao does everything herself, and she is excellent at it. The best customer service ever, especially for people with mobility issues, like me. Her materials are top of the line and did not damage my nails. She is gentle and very careful not to cut or hurt you. Super clean and affordable. Fully accessible.

Terrible, terrible service. Would give less stars if I could. I was a regular customer of the owner. What she did to me was TERRIBLE. First, I witnessed a woman come in while I was getting my nails done. She didn’t have any appointments after (as I already had asked her) and the woman asked her if she had any time and she said no I won’t do your nails at all. Nor no apparent reason. Late I asked her, it was due to the way the woman was dressed and the way she looked. (In sweatpants and drove a lesser expensive van) who does that first of all? Money hungry women who are extremely rude. Second, one day she was being very very lazy and decided to file one of my nails extremely thin. I then asked her if she thought it was too thin she said it would be fine. It broke within an hour of me leaving. I then messaged her and asked when she’s have time to fix it as it had already broke. She told me if I don’t like her service to go somewhere else and complain. Then continued to say it wasn’t her fault and then told me to never come back (I was going to pay for the new nail but it wasn’t a 50$ set so she didn’t want to waste her precious time ) I can tell you right now, I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this woman. She upcharges her nails for no reason. They’re terrible quality after your a regular because she doesn’t feel the need to please you at that point. I hope you understand now, thao. You don’t do this to people. You will get your karma.
