They do not allow any returns or exchange unless it is with unopened packages of hair. They don't sell nail acrylic brushes, UV gel nail polish, or hair bleach. They have a limited selection of shea moisture products. Prices are "okay". They watch you like a hawk to see if your stealing. Better off going to Sally's or Walgreens, were you can return items, no questions asked.

I don't even go here anymore I go across the street to the other hair store I love them they are very helpful and friendly

My experience was very unpleasant. In the wig section a male employee was very rude. He treated me like I was about to steal. Wouldn't allow me touch the wig. I felt very uncomfortable as he watched me very closely and followed me throughout the section he never asked if I needed help he just took the wig from me and pointed to a hand written sign. I told him the he made my shopping experience very uncomfortable and I will go someplace else. He just said ok. This establishment keeps treating customers like this. Its not right.

Every time I go inside this store, I don't get any help with the staff at all. They make you feel so uncomfortable and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there who is a minority. You do better going online or somewhere else. Very poor customer service!
