The worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. I’m so mad I spent 30 dollars on this. Literally no massage at all, she just scrubbed the stuff on and rinse off my legs. She nipped my skin several times with the cuticle cutter and the painting of my nails was awful. She painted all around the nail, like it was awful. Everyone else that I saw toes looked faboulus. This Jackie lady though, should be fired. Bad business for the company. Probably would try again but def not with her.

Tina was great! Did a great job, was quick and friendly. The price is extremely reasonable. Will definitely be back!!

Just went there today for my first time and the service was great. I got full set glow in the dark sns and pedicure and I loveeee them. Their pedi tubs are clean. They had snacks at the front and a receptionist who was very attentive and sweet. Not as pricey as palazzo nail bar where I used to go.

This is my new favorite nail salon. I have never had a set place that I call my favorite because I have had so many bad experiences with being rushed or overcharged or just receiving completely poor service from other nail salons, but this place is pleasantly different. Everyone was very friendly and both of my aestheticians were very careful and took their time to ensure that I would be happy with my pedicure and gel manicure. I chose to have a chrome effect added to my nails and this was done perfectly. I opted to have waxing done and inquired about eyebrow tinting and while this service is offered here, I was advised against it because it wouldn’t be as striking and apparent as I was probably expecting and it is very temporary. I appreciated their honesty so much. They weren’t pushy and didn’t keep asking me if I wanted ‘upgrades’. It was such a peaceful atmosphere. I passed three other nail salons on my way to Richz and I definitely made the right choice! The pricing is reasonable and their color options and the comfort of the place is superb.

First time going yesterday for a fill in. They are amazing. My nails and hands feel great and look even better. They make you feel taken care of. Their fast with getting to you and their shop is very well maintained. I will be going back.
