Don’t expect to be treated with great customer service unless you go wanting everything under the sun done. I Went in for a quick color change and no one acted like they wanted to assist me. Plus some technicians were on their phones completely ignoring me when I walked in. I don’t recommend this shop. I’ve been before and wanted to give them another shot!

I wanted acrylic nails. The first thing I asked her to do was push my cuticles back. Which is standard nail prep for getting your nails done. She said we don't do that if you want that we have to charge 3 dollars extra. I said okay to the charge. She still didn't push them back mine you. So all of the connective tissue that lay's between the cuticles and the nail tissue keep the acrylic powder from reach the beginning part of my nails. Her first step was to remove the shine from the nail and clip my own nail one length. She shaped the free edge of the nail. She then told me to wash my my hands. She didn't blend it (the powder to my cuticles). The acrylic was not even nor did she file my nails or reshape it to make it seem like natural nails. The acrylic did not appear to come right of my own nail bed. She didn't pinch my nail into a c curve. I had lots of side walls on each nail. I could go on and on. Bottom line don't go to this salon they take lots of short cut that results in you wasting both your time and 💰.

The ladies were nice, but the overall service is disappointing. The pedicure foot bath is lined with plastic, and the foot rest is hard plastic so your feet are constantly sliding, I couldn't rest my legs. The foot massage was mediocre at best, all I could feel was her nails through her gloves, no pressure. The hand massage left me covered in lotion, and now I have to clean my jewelry. When I stepped outside I could see all the layers of gel manicure and it was done very sloppy. The pedicure is the worst I've ever had, and that's after I had her fix a few spots. Just save yourself a disappointment and go elsewhere.

Nails didn’t even last a whole week and toes still had dead skin.
