For the second time in a row I got my nails done here no more than 10 hours later each time my nails popped off. The first time they fixed it with no problem, the second time they wanted to charge me. Said it was my fault. The nail tech was willing to help me out, she even asked the owner why I had to pay since I just got them done but the he insisted I pay. I walked out and went across the street to V Nails and Spa to get my nails fixed. I refuse to spend another penny there. Bad business.

I usually come to get my eyebrows waxed because my job didn’t allow me to get my nails done but my new job allows me to. I have came 3 times to get my nails done and each and every time I’ve been disappointed!!! The customer service sucks the women working there have the biggest attitudes except one lady she only speaks Spanish and I usually see her doing feet she’s always so sweet and gentle, my nails are always uneven if I ask for something I never get it when I try to explain they shut me up as if they know and then do it how they want even if I bring a picture and ask them to do it exactly the way it looks they do the opposite. They are also really gross when it comes to the feet before I even put my feet in the water it already had particles I told my mother where I was going and she told
Me she stopped going long time ago because of how dirty they were and she also got fungus from them I’m praying it doesn’t happen to me. I’ve given them 3 chances and now I’m DONE!!!!!!

I wouldn’t give this place any stars if I could. This was THE WORST experience at a nail salon I have ever had. Everyone had an attitude. I asked for a GEL mani pedi. She buffs my nails and puts on the gel polish. Then puts regular polish on my toes. I got tired of correcting her 50 million times. I am by far one of the most patient and nice person but when someone gives me attitude for no reason I get pissed. This was suppose to be a nice relaxing treat for my birthday but it was ruined. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.... lastly it is very dirty looking.

They were really nice and they still did a decent job on my nails but the customer service was ahhh. What people who work in a salon need to realize is that they are still providing a service for their customers we are paying you to do our nails don’t tell me how my nails should be
