The gel manicure and pedicure is very good quality and lasts. They are fast and efficient. Regular manicures not gel, don't last. Mine chipped on the second day and on the third a majority of my nails were missing color. I don't get gel because it ruins my nails after just one application. Prices are ok They do waxing as also

First of all everyone in this place is rude! No one greets you, talk among themselves in “their “ language and then tell you to sit in a very angry tone. I had the misfortune of getting my nails done by the young pregnant girl in the first chair. She grabbed my hands and started clipping my nails rapidly as if she was Bothered and in the process CLIPPED OFF THE ENTIRE TIP OF MY FINGER!!!!!! Blood was every where and she didn’t stop until I yelled at her to stop bc I was bleeding so much! I cleaned up my finger and she brought back some antiseptic but the asked if she could continue???..... I said well maybe it was an accident, we are all human and can have bad days..... so as she continued to finish my nails she had no care with the cut she had made on my finger and kept hurting me without even apologizing! .... At the end she told me she was in a hurry bc she had to pick up her kid from school. When I left this establishment I was missing this tip of my thumb and has disgusting looking nails(crooked and different lengths for $55) !!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

So I went on a Saturday to this place, it was really busy since people just kept coming in, they sat me on a spa chair and I was waiting there for exactly 13 minutes without anyone telling me anything or checking up on me, so they did the pedicure and everything was fine, the girl then came to do my manicure and she was trying to take off the acrylic nails that I had with a cuticle remover, she yanked out a chunk of my own nail, I told her that it was really hurting and she said that I would have to soak them since I'm so sensitive. So, we soaked them and everything was fine. When she started doing the manicure I told her that she was doing something different than what the guy did on my feet (may I mention that I was getting chrome nails), she didn't say anything and kept going, when she was done I did a side by side so she could visually see that the toe nails were OBVIOUSLY different from my hands, all she said was that the guy used too much powder. The toe nails were gold and my manicure was a rose gold (pink). So she said that it would be a $10 discount and she would fix the toe nails. While I sit again for another 10 minutes (very uncomfortably) I notice that another lady had entered and they told her to pick her color and sit down cause it would take 5 minutes for someone to help her, she was sitting there with foil on her fingers for 23 minutes. Back to my issue, once she was finished matching my toes to my nails she said that I would have to pay the $10 since she fixed it. I told her I wasn't gonna pay for their mistake and then she said to only pay $5, I was extremely upset that they charged me $100 dollars and on top of that, charge an additional $10 dollars for THEIR mistake, I was gonna stand there and argue, but I handed her the $10 dollars while she was trying to back off from the request and said to keep the money, I walked out and told her that she needed the $10 dollars to fix her own nails. I am not a rude person, and I am extremely patient, but if you're gonna charge that kind of money, please do your job right. Never going there again, and I hope that people save their money by not going here.

I went there for years. Never again. The manager was very rude to me. Also, jerked my hand around, forgot two of my fingers are permantly stiff, and loudly fussed/ scolded me like I was a small child after she had to take over for the newbie that talked me into a new faster process that cost more (process was taking 40 minutes after she said 20). The manager made fun of me in English to my face. God knows what all the chatter was about that I couldn't understand. They know I am always in a hurry and the manager has lately taken to giving me the slowest person they have. I am picky but I have spent 100s (more like) 1000s of dollars over the years there. I think they were trying to get rid of me anyway. It seems to me my money could be spent better else where and I could get the kind of service I need for the price. Just so you know, not everybody that gets their nails done go to these salons to relax. Some of us want to get the job done right in the shortest amount of time possible because we relax in other ways. I don't know how they can afford to lose a loyal customer considering how dead it was in there? Buh bye Felicia (Kelly)! Never again!
