Pretty hopping place to be! Pretty nice mall for the area.
I've actually worked at a few stores and it's pretty okay. Sometimes I like to visit the backrooms and abandoned staircases and scurry around like a little mouse on my hands and knees!! Anyways, fun place to bring your family and shop!
P.S. there was a shooting in the parking lot not so long ago, so maybe bring a bulletproof vest for your next visit (LOL!!).

The mall was great. Every worker was very sweet except for the girl who made the sandwiches at subway in the food court. She had an attitude towards me and my dad because we got a club that was gonna have some of the of the same stuff and asked her to cut the sandwich in half, she told us how she was gonna do it and we said again just cut it in half. She shook her head, huffed and puffed, and threw the knife after she finally cut it (thank god there was glass).

There was a little bit of everything there, as one would expect from a mall. I liked that it was clean. Also, it was spacious enough that we didn't feel crowded, even though there were a lot of people there that day. The employees at both Kohls and Victoria's Secret were very polite and helpful.

This is the best place to walk in the rogue valley when it's raining or cold outside. You can bring your dogs as long as they're well behaved and walk around the top and bottom floor which is approximately a quarter mile loop for each floor. People are friendly and the place is clean and smells good.
