Worst place Ive ever walked into, had a gift card.. the lady made up the value on it. Then when asking for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I was told the gel manicure w/o color was $53 and if I wanted color it would be an extra $30. So I stuck to a regular pedicure which I dont know what it came out to. She offered a 10 min massage to make it equal the value on the certificate which wouldve also included the tip. For the massage she put on blue rubber gloves.. worst massage Ive ever gotten (did not feel a thing). To top it off all she did was wash my feet and paint my nails w/o pulling my cuticles out or buffing and etc. I couldve done that myself. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

my sister started me coming here and I go all the way from where i live on the upper west side to here because it's such a great place. kind staff and a very calming and roomy atmosphere.

I was visiting nyc for the first time and stumbled upon Iris. I went in for a manicure and ended up getting Opi Axxium gel with manicure. It turned out perfect and lasted for nearly a month without chipping. My nails grew longer and stronger than ever before. Pema was the person that did my nails and she was fantastic! She was very personable and did a great job. I also had a neck massage while getting my nails done. Overall great experience and i will go back again because i will be visiting nyc often! I'm not sure the exact location i was at but it was near Times Square.
