I had an awesome experience!! Jennifer was amazing she was super nice and very accommodating!! I definitely need a relaxing day and she made sure my time here was relaxing and great! I’ll definitely will come back and ask for Jennifer!! If you give Milano a try definitely ask for Jennifer she will not disappoint!!

Great staff! Love my gel nails the next day do far. Also got my eyebrows waxed. But I had to go home and pluck stragglers still😏 but I will go back for sure

Best experience in a while. I finally found my nail place. I have been going to different ones finding a good one. Very welcoming and great service.

I've gone twice. First visit was okay. I went in as a walk in & they fit me in. I got a full set of acrylic nails. Second visit I made an appointment but didn't choose with who, just whoever was available. The guy that did my nails rushed, 3 were crooked, & he was not the nicest. I asked if he could file the glitter ones I had a little thinner due to how bulky & thick it was while he was already filing the others. His response was- "Well, you should have told me that from the beginning." I just looked at him shocked. I said-- "I wouldn't have known they'd look like this until you were doing them. The glitter just seems bulky & thick. I'm worried they'll crack & break easily." He replied-- "Oh, I thought you meant all of them. Not just the glitter ones." Honestly, it's understandable he misunderstood me. However, his response & attitude from just asking a question is what ultimately will not have me coming back again. My nails only lasted a week also. Was a total waste of money.

I love this salon it’s the best in the area for sure! My go to nail tech is Quincy she awesome but all of them are great. All the employees are very kind and polite 10/10 experience everytime
