I would definitely recommend not going here. I’ve never been treated so badly at a nail salon before. They were very rough on my nails. I came out with smudged polish and completely uneven gel manicure. She didn’t take her time and just rushed through my nails. Worst experience ever! Now I have to go get them fixed tomorrow somewhere else.

Terrible nail painting. Made me bleed twice and said nothing. Was judgemental about me even being there in the first place ("don't you work?")... now I have to fix this awful paint job myself, so what's the point of even paying someone to do it when they suck and hurt you and act snoty. See for yourself in this picture taken immediately after leaving! I would've gone back but I had things to do. AVOID

My new favorite place! I loved the cute and very clean salon and Angel was a gem! The massage chairs are amazing and my french pedicure is outstanding. And since I run on the beach 4-5 days a week, poor Angel really had a mess to deal with! Thank you Tropical Nails ~ I needed that!

Disappointed. Had an appointment at 3pm. Was not seen until 4:10pm. When I asked how much longer, the woman helping my friend ignored me. I selected the color I wanted for gel nails. The outcome was nothing like the "model" I asked if it will look like the model and the woman said yes. Halfway through when it was not looking like the model, she added another color, then the glitter back on top. Now my nails are uneven and do not look close to the same at all. In addition the gel is so thick, it looks like my thumb had an extra nail on it! asked her to fix it, she filed it a little then added more. Very upset that my nails look like this for the holidays. Will need to get them done again elsewhere tomorrow. They did not apologize and still charged my full amount. I didn't leave until 5pm for a simple service. If they weren't available at the time of our appointment, don't tell us to come at 3! Also, if the models of gel nails are not going to look that way when applied(unless you use 10 coats) please don't allow me to select it!

Tropical is great! Love the staff here, they're all very friendly and provide a wide array of nail and waxing services. There's not usually a wait, but, on the rare occasion when there is, they usually let you wait in one of the awesome massage chairs. Bliss!
