I love the owner of this place!! I picked a very light color and she did three coats to make sure it turned out right. You can tell she wants her customers to be happy with the work and experience. The first time I came I was only thirty minutes before closing and she still gave me excellent service with a smile. Highly recommend to anyone.

Used to love this place but it’s going downhill. We had an appointment for 4 people for mani/pedi for bridesmaids and there were only 2 people working. We weren’t told and it took double the time making us late for the rehearsal. Poor business practice

I was very happy with my service up until the end of my visit. The service was very quick and done pretty well. ( not the best I’ve ever had, but I was looking to be done quickly and was ok with sacrificing quality for time) I had a pedicure and a dip manicure. At the end of my visit when I went to check out, the woman took my card and swiped it charging me $125 for $65 dip and pedicure. She didn’t tell me the total or check anything before grabbing my card and swiping. She then offered me a credit, which I did not want, I wanted my $60. She seems very confused on how to fix the mistake she made. She then gave me a void receipt. Then she swiped my card again for the correct price of $65. The money was taken out of my account and by her reaction I am not sure she knew how to correctly put it back. So now I am missing $190 dollars out of my account for a simple dip mani and pedi! Then because of this I left a smaller tip than I usually would. She then attempted to publicly humiliate me by out loud expressing her disappointment with my tip. I had thought I found a new nail place right up until the last 5 minuets, I guess not!!

I get the dip Manicure and my nails always last at least three weeks! I have gone other places and they always chip. Lulu and Kevin do a great job! The place is very clean! Would definitely recommend!

This is by far one of the best nail shops I have been to. My nails and pedicure always come out so perfect. Lulu is Amazing!!! I referred my friend and she goes all the time now. Definitely recommend this place!!!
