It’s a hit or miss here also, depending on who does your nails here. Alot of people have reviewed their rudeness, I don’t see it as rude. I see a language barrier and not allowing these employees a moment to understand them and to respond for the customer to understand their response. Usually it’s the customer that’s impatient and rude when they don’t understand the employees which causes a chain reaction. They may need to process your question, so give them a moment to respond. Also, if their with a customer and obviously talking to them, wait or ask nicely if you can ask a question.

They do good nails however, their customer service SUCKS!! You'll be satisfied with your nails but they need improvement on how to talk to their customers.
