Love the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the lack of toxic smells. This is the only place I get my nails done. Prices are totally reasonable and the ladies do a fabulous job.

Finally! A salon with incredible colors and vibes, other than the predictable thick OPI and Essie colors, and “just another strip mall nail salon”. Their own line of polishes are so chic, and also have a big variety of Chanel. Atmosphere was on point and service was great. I’ll keep going back for sure.

Booked a last minute appointment for my daughter and I, and although being new to Austin and still not used to getting around, they still kept our appointments for us even though we were 20ish minutes late. We did not feel rushed at all and everyone was so sweet and kind! It was my daughter’s first mani/pedi and I have always been nervous about taking her due to sanitation etc. no worries with this place! Absolutely spotless and impeccably styled. My daughter was treated like royalty too. We’ll not be going anywhere else!

I am visiting Austin for a convention with my boyfriend and decided to get my nails done since my manicure chipped off. I researched and it seemed like this was the best place and was clean and professional looking. My friend and I set up an appointment day of. We went in, and got to choose our own polishes from their wall, but they had a very small selection of colors and polish styles. When we sat down to get our manicures all was going well and the woman who did my nails even offered to redo ones that she'd painted the wrong color. But once she took the color off my nails, she said that she had to go do another clients nails and that the woman doing my friends nails would finish mine. I was confused and insulted. I saw at least four other employees walk out of the back room, converse, and then walk back in, so I knew she wasn't the only nail tech on. My friend and I, and this other client were the only clients in the whole salon, So they were not busy either. The woman doing my friends nails cut her skin multiple times while trying to cut her cuticles. Most of her manicure was spent holding tissues on her bleeding fingers. When my nails were finally finished, I'd noticed that the nails that the different women painted looked completely different. The polish started chipping as soon as I left. I'd never felt so insulted and treated like I was nothing before, only to be left with a poor manicure and a sour taste in my mouth.

Bridget is a sorceress and I can always count on her to thread my eyebrows perfectly. I get compliments on them all the time :) If you've been looking for a brow place where you can trust that you won't walk out with half of them gone- this is the place. Bridget embraces a "natural brow" and will communicate with you to make sure you're aware of what she's going to do before she does it. I won't see anyone else. Thank you!
