The doctors and nurses here are very nice and helpful. The doctors do seem to rush through appointments, but that is understandable and they will answer any questions you have. It does bother me a bit that I have always had to wait at least 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, though. The front office staff has also been nice in my experience. However, the office manager personally called my mother after she left an honest negative review and scolded her. My mother says the front receptionists were disrespectful and that she waited an excessive amount of time to be seen for a shot, even though a nurse had ensured her that the office staff would understand that she was taking her lunch break to be treated and did not have much time. My mother removed her review out of fear they would not offer the same quality of service if she left it up.
On top of that, I received a bill for an appointment that I had payed for months ago. When I called the company listed on the bill, they told me that the money was there, but had not been applied to my account! I'm not sure why the money was not applied to my balance, but I am grateful that the issue was settled easily.
No matter how good the doctors are, I will never return to this location. Intimidating paying customers is never acceptable, especially when they are trying to receive treatment for debilitating skin conditions.

This office does not have a "stuffy" atmosphere at all - everyone I have met is down to earth and super helpful. The Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They offer specials on a regular basis, making it affordable to use quality products and try different treatments on a limited budget. Dr. Bogucki is an excellent physician and makes me feel very at ease. I know I am receiving expert care and he is honest about what will and will not work the best for me. I highly recommend this practice.

Doctors are great but office staff is rude and have no compassion. Left 3 voicemails and still had to call again to speak to someone.

Dr. Bogucki was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to!! I enjoyed my experience at Eastside Dermatology and SkinCare Center. The staff was very friendly from the Front Desk , in room consultation and finally at the (exit)Desk to make my next appointment .I will definitely recommend Eastside Dermatology & Skin Care Center !
