Had to ask twice to get the manicure. They just wanted to rush in and dip my nails without even trimming my cuticles. Rushed those too. When I asked for a manicure with clear polish for my young teen they tried to talk me into shellac for her. When I turned down the upgrade, again twice, they rushed her manicure. Done in five minutes. Didn’t even file her nails evenly and polish was terrible. Shellac isn’t necessary for a 13 year old! My dip looked good but I feel like they only want to roll people in and out as fast as possible and not care about those who don’t want to spend more money. Place isn’t clean and they don’t use newly cleaned instruments for each job. The cuticle cutters she used came out of the same kit from the customer before me. Same towel and everything...

I got stiletto nails and they are all different lengths. They are curved too much on one sife but not the other. I came here to get my nails done for prom. Not coming back they're so bad I cried.

They charged my 9 yr old $60 for a $40 kids spa Mani/pedi. The nail tech rushed through my full set, hurting my nail and leaving them lumpy and uneven. They also over charged me as well and try to add things without permission to add to the price. I will never go back nor recommend this place to ANYONE!
