I came in with my mom one day because she wanted to get her nails done. We were new to the area and had never been here. She asked the man to be gentle because she suffers from arthritis very bad. Long story short he was extremely rough and cut her finger which ended in her getting assaulted and we had to file a police report. Im surprised this shop is still open. please do not go here.

Awful!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Lee I am assuming was the manager or owner was RUUUUUDE. I was having my current nails removed and getting a new set. He was extremely rough. Finally I asked him if he was having a bad day because it wasn't my fault. I tried to like loosen him up by joking. Finally he got someone else to then finish my nails.
This guy was worse!! He cut me 3x with the file, and put so much glue on my fingers that my skin was glued to my nails. It's been 3 days and my fingers are soo sore. I would never go here ever again!!

i was sitting in the salon for an hour and this man let a group of people go before me then when he gets to me he tells me to go to lovely nails cause he don’t want to do my nails. with that being said dont go here

This place is horrible! I went in for a full set of gel polish. I sat down and showed a picture of the shape and length I wanted and got nothing near what I wanted. The guy doing my nails didn’t talk to me once and he was so rough 4 of my fingers were bleeding and one of my nails popped off in the middle of him filing. It’s been hours since I left the nail salon and my fingernails are extremely sore from the extremely aggressive filing. Then the owner tried to charge me twice for my nails after saying the first one did not go through, I showed him my bank app on my phone that clearly showed the first payment clearly went through, he then proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone there for no reason. If your thinking of going here, please do not give them the business!!!

I did not like the way they did my nails at all. And I definitely don't like the way they did my daughter nails I will never go there again
