My nails were done horribly. The tech didn't shape my nails and when I asked I was told that they would have to redo my entire set. I asked for a simple toe polish change and when completed I had polish on my toe and cuticle. Honestly, I didn't make a big deal about it because I was referred by someone and didn't want to make their experiences uncomfortable moving forward. I paid and ended up going to a different place 2 hours later and getting my nails re-did (having to pay somewhere else as well). I definitely will not be returning. Also, I showed them a picture and asked if they were able to get it done and they said yes. I wasn't asked any questions as to shape, colors added and if you look below at the pictures you'll see why I was disappointed.

First of all I told the man he should use a different technique because if he didn’t my nails would break off my nails broke off within 1 day not even a damn day of having them on... I went to get them fixed he didn’t tell me he didn’t have my color he just tried to make it work. When I told him it wasn’t the same color he tried to fight me on it

Tried Pretty Nails today for the first time despite bad reviews and my experience was great! Tam’s wife did my nails and she was very friendly, professional and she did the most beautiful flower design exactly the way I showed her in the picture. The last place I went to before could not even do that and they left my nails thick and uneven but today I walked out very happy because she filed my nails evenly and they aren't thick. Very beautiful she is really good at what she does! Thank you so much I will definitely be coming back!!

Always go for my pedicures and fill-in. Wont let anyone do my nails but Scott! Hes the best. And Kim does an amazing pedicure! Those two take care of most of the ladies in my family!
