So I’ve come to Deanne for about three different sets now. At first I was very pleased with the service. I broke a nail she fit me in fast. After my last set and experience I will not be returning to Portland’s hottest nails. I wait for a hour and half after setting a appointment with her over a week in advance. Not only did I have to wait she wanted me to come back like I didn’t have other things to do. I was very understanding with this woman. I wasn’t given a discount or cut for my service after waiting so long. I spent 93 on this set and had a nail break several days into having them done. Not only is this not okay but I have another nail coming up. I text this lady and tell her that I’m not really pleased with this. Especially since it hasn’t been s full two weeks since I had the set installed. She only offers to fix the nail that has fallen off. If you like good service and great quality I don’t recommend this nail salon.

AT ALL COST. DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE. I saw a deal on groupon for a full set for 64 dollars and I thought it was a good deal ( You get what you pay for) but long story short. My eyes kept stinging when the lady was putting on my lashes and she used glue that smelled a lot like super glue so I was already worried. She also clumped the lashes together so they fell out in clumps as seen below and when the glue dried it dried up in clumps so it was so uncomfortable to sleep with my eyes closed. I went back to have them fix the glue clumping but it wasn't fixed at all. It was on me to pay for eyelash extensions so cheap and to top it all off every time I showered and just randomly through out the day my eyes would start to sting because of the glue. So I would go minutes just crying and trying to get the stinging feeling off my eye. But WAIT THERE'S MORE the lashes only lasted 5 days NOT EVEN A WEEK.

I needed a mink lash refill quickly and all these lash places wanted to charge me $100 or more for just a refill because I was a new client (I got my full set lashes in South Korea 3 weeks ago for $55 USD, I’m just visiting family in Portland), Cindy was so nice and personable on the phone, told me she’d do it for less and same day. I can’t believe how quick, professional, inexpensive and friendly the service was. I’m returning to get my nails and feet done tomorrow. Thanks Cindy!!!

Deanne IS AMAZING! I have gone to her for eyelash extensions approximately a year, she has done an AMAZING job, giving me full lush lashes. Deanne consistently is the BEST eyelash tech, there isn't ANY super glue or nail glue involved what-so-ever. Another thought, I've had a couple times I needed to go back due to a minor issue, without hesitation Deanne went above and beyond to make the correction.....
